Sometimes it in a life filled with uncertainty and disappointment it is hard to remember, that no matter how much pain you may be in others suffer deeper. A pain that can only be remedied by a consistent heart one that never hardens no matter its trials, a temper though at times are put to task but never breaks, and a touch that never hurts, that is gentle no matter its wound. Learn this and you have learned to love better than most. Thank you Charles Dickens for these words that serve as a very real reminder.
